I am loving my GoPro! I have used it for tons of things so far and am always surprised at the video that it makes. As for effects, on most of my vids i just do a little color correction and maybe ad a vignette, but other then that not much. the subaru video i did on the mining roads i did use an after effects plugin called twitch for the transitions, but other then that, it's just CC'd and vignetted.

Hey, how are you liking yours? I had an SD I used for a lot of autox/racing and just recently upgraded to the HD. Curious what sort of after effects you're using on the camera? I also notice you, like me, are a time lapse junkie. The GoPro HD can do lapses in 2, 5, 10, or 30 sec (I think) intervals, and with that huge wide-angle lens, I'm sure you can think of some interesting lapses. Speaking of which, check out www.camarush.com -- they sell a little device that you mount the gopro on and it rotates 360° in 1 hour so you can "pan" your time lapse shots. It's not adjustable but it is only $20, so...
